So, as has been discussed before, the people who want to "own" us tell us lies to keep us doing things that benefit them rather than us ourselves.

Religious and feminist owners tell men lies about women. They also tell women lies about men.
And they tell everyone lies about what happens during a disaster like a hurricane or earthquake or flood.
The idea is that if all you read is "their" account of what happens during disasters, you'll do what "they" want instead of what would in reality be in your best interest, and the best interest of your loved ones.
What the "Owners" want you to do:
- believe that people "pull together" and help each other like Kumbayah singers around a campfire
- passively stay in your house if they tell you to
- go where they tell you to if the decide to put you in some detention center like the Huston Astrodome
- not defend yourself if crime runs rampant
What "Reality" says you should do
- maintain a supply of emergency food, water and emergency equipment
- plan for self-defence
- network with your neighbors to develop relationships to help each other through emergencies and defend your neighborhood
- develop an evacuation plan that will end up with you safe with relatives, not in some government-run nightmare location
. . . but that's self-sufficiency, not dependance.
And Dependance is what the blue pill Owners of this society want: They want people who can be herded, not people they have to respect . . .
Anyways, here's the results of one guy's research into the rewriting of history that goes on after disasters:

Speaking of needing to have an evacuation plan, here is a video made by a guy who was intrigued by a mailman still doing deliveries around a neighborhood in Santa Rosa that got wiped out by wildfires. Eerie:

Don't forgot to research and find out if your community is in a flood plane. That should come first before deciding whether to plan to hunker down, or evac elsewhere. Otherwise, good article.
