These fucking democrats are really something to behold. Their arguments here are as isjointed and disconnected from reality as their inane political pursuits. And then the judge states that "you can't appeal my ruling"? Fuck off Judge. You're a federal magistrate.................NOT KING ASSHAT of America.
The case gets appealed to a court that is still literate and they have their collective assholes handed to them. They simply make this shit up and fully expect people to buy it.
I'm a little surprised with this Judge Sullivan allowing this case and discovery to go forward being that he is the same judge that has hammered the SC, Weissman and the other assholes in the prosecution of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
The 4th Circuit has got it exactly right!! Our POTUS should file another "writ of mandamus" which ironically will wind up before the same Appeals Court who will throw the case out AGAIN and issue a rhetorical spanking to Judge Sullivan for allowing this fuckery to continue, wasting the courts time.
In a sane world the congress would take back control of the lower courts and every judge who has abused his or her power on the bench by making up the fucking law to suit their SWJ agenda should be impeached, disbarred and their law license revoked.
The courts are right up there with FAKE NEWS as "enemies of the people"!!!
Let me tell ya that the court system has declared all americans as enemies of the state since 1933. Its called "Trading with the Enemy Act". Our courts do not operate by the constitution. Go into any of them and observe the flag. It has gold fringe around the edge declaring that court as maritime courts. Not courts on the land. Not common courts. Not Courts of Equity. There will never be true remedy in these courts.

That was a pretty brutal ruling by the court. I'd be surprised if the original judge isn't disbarred, given how stern that condemnation was.
