You can't issue pardons across international borders. If the royals are tried by an international tribunal, there is no authority which could grant them pardons.
Sorry I meant for Spacey. Possibly wouldn’t happen but the elites can pull a lot of strings. I also think he looks frightened beyond words. He may be anticipating death. They may want to snuff him out because something big could be coming. Some release that implicates others.

If he takes down the royals though, I’d lower the death penalty charge for that, to life imprisonment. Wouldn’t you?
