I think you may be talking about a dude named Alan? His twitter was twitter.com/watkins_2 but they suspended his account a while ago. He's posted on 8chan before and maybe once or twice on /v/QRV, but unfortunately I don't have any further information. He did put out a lot of valuable information though, and I'd also be interested to know if you find any more up-to-date stuff from him.
