a- the end result is to have a good life. It's kind of like the film "They Live" which is just like the Matrix, a parody of sorts good people made attempting to explain what the world actually is - and in "They Live" the tagline is "They Live, We Sleep" - and indeed - the choice isn't the same as it is for us, we get the bad information from birth and we are herded as cattle throughout our lives to be their workhorses - they however get to live an easy life where they can get away with anything and do anything and be anything - they have the cheat code to endless happy days. All it takes is the small cost (to them) of their soul. And it's hardly a surprise they would accept a faith like satanism when they have done what they have done to get ahead.
Makes no sense to hurt people especially your own children. Where is this going to get them?
a- It makes no sense from our perspective because we aren't given a choice in the matter. From their perspectives it's a choice between having a good life by sacrificing one or two of their kids. An easy life where the kid they don't sacrifice can grow up to be a wealthy and even famous person and the family tree lives on through them, it's a choice of a good life or a bad life. And given the long reign the cult has had over our world it's not like any one of them could imagine that defying them would result in anything less than their ensured annihilation
from the cult's perspective this system makes sure they are loyal, feeding ones own child to pedophiles and then killing them slowly over years.. it'd be hard to find a better test of loyalty than that. And it instills a fear in them as their own crimes would be revealed if the cult were ever threatened. It's actually a pretty logical system, and as they use their symbolism language and infest every organization around the world they can help each other "climb the vine" and reach the top of any organization, get out of any crime they commit, and win any contest they ever enter- while the normies of the populace are the workhorses that can't ever get ahead in the world because they don't speak the language.
