REPOSTING THIS to answer naysayers:

"Litterst said Wednesday that March For Our Lives organizers were planning their rally away from federal land, on Pennsylvania Avenue between Third and 12th streets NW, which is the jurisdiction of the District.

D.C. police said a permit for the march was filed with the agency but wouldn’t release the application or information about it. March For Our Lives organizers didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Permits for the Mall are processed in the order they are received, Litterst said, and the number of attendees or ideology of groups involved aren’t factors in their approval. The Park Service sometimes contacts applicants to see if they are willing to alter plans for larger events, he said, as in January 2017 when the Women’s March on Washington conflicted with an application from the Presidential Inaugural Committee. In that case, the inaugural committee withdrew its claim on the Ellipse adjacent to the White House, Litterst said." https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/march-for-our-lives-gun-control-rally-bumped-from-mall-by-talent-show/2018/03/01/ad8c7268-1cc6-11e8-9496-c89dc446c2d3_story.html?utm_term=.7b2c36eced9d

COMMENT: It appears that the permit filed by Katz was a bait and switch. They widely publicize and show the Feb. 20 application. Of course, this one can't be used because of a scheduling conflict. It is noteworthy that they then "were planning their rally away from federal land, on Pennsylvania Avenue between Third and 12th streets NW, which is the jurisdiction of the District." We know that the DC police chief is buddies with Comet Pizza owner James Alefantis. They can keep the 2nd application under wraps and require a FOIA. SIGNIFICANTLY, the article mentions "The Park Service sometimes contacts applicants to see if they are willing to alter plans for larger events" as what happened with the Women's March on Washington, ALSO ORGANIZED BY KATZ. I theorize, based on my post, that the 2nd location had already been reserved by KATZ for a women's anti-gun rally. Thus the D.C. police comment that "MPD received a permit application SEVERAL MONTHS (emphasis mine) prior to the actual event, and there was several months of planning for this large event." As always, PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY. ALL THE WORLD IS A COINCIDENCE.

Will this be reported on MSM? Doubt it. I hope that this picks up steam through soc. media and spreads. If it does gain enough traction to the point where MSM has to address it, we know they will be offering their own version of this story. But really, this is pretty straight forward. Let's hope the FOIA is honored and answered.
