The article does not mention what happened to the cell phone or if the photo evidence was recovered. Odd. At least the nurse corroborated the witness' testimony. It does sound like they are part of a ring and are doing the assault for the mass video value. SICK SICK SICK.

Thanks! Much better info. It never states how the "relative" had the child in the first place. It is odd that the parents are never mentioned. Are they even around? Must not be if the child was turned over to child services. How deplorable!
On a positive note, the community comments for the story would fit right in with us VOATERS. We just need to see justice served for this poor child!
