Sorry. How bout an argument for why it shouldn't get it: the investigation was halted, therefore never properly concluded, therefore still a current issue. Pentagon officials are allowed to freely amuse themselves with child abuse.

Hell most of the video content probably involves their coworkers, or even themselves, diddling and torturing the kids.
I was joking, of course.
Investigation was never concluded and no arrests were made. This is exactly why I am posting it.
