The modlog says rule 2, I'm going to guess the post is more suited to /v/pizzagatewhatever than the main verse as it appears to be a conjecture about eyes and blood type.

The whole point of posting it to whatever is to get other people looking at it so they can find points of data to corroborate the conjecture and use that to find hard leads connecting people, places and events to the larger issues.
