Sure is. The FBI needs to it step up now, this is blatant in your face. After seeing those logo's on Twitter I think their flyer needs to be updated to.

the fact that it is so blatant is what gets me. these ppl don't even care..
Indeed, they have been above the law so long they're very comfortable. It's disgusting.
