Seth Rich: botched robbery or botched arrest? (pizzagate)

Someone anonymous on 4chan who says he is a resident surgeon at Washington Hospital Center claims that Seth Rich was alive and recovering well in the facility’s Intensive Care Unit until a number of law enforcement officers arrived eight hours later.

About 8 hours after he arrived we were swarmed by LEOs (law enforcement officials) and pretty much everyone except the attending and a few nurses was kicked out of the ICU. It was weird as hell. At turnover that morning we were instructed not to round on the VIP that came in last night.

No one here was allowed to see Seth except for my attending when he died. I rounded on patients literally next door but was physically blocked from checking in on him.

If this description is true, it seems that the police at the hospital were interrogating Seth Rich. If so, he must have been under investigation or suspicion of something, most likely the DNC leak. So what happened at 4:20 am?

Hypothesis: There was no murder. There was no robbery. Police were never called to the site of a shooting. They were already there!

The plan was to arrest Seth Rich. Somehow the arresting officers botched up and shot Seth in the back. They botched again during the interrogation at the hospital. The treatment is similar to what happened to Ibragim Todashev when he was interrogated by the FBI at his home in Florida. This may also have been the faith of Mikhail Lesin, if he was ever interrogated by the FBI.
