Some time ago, someone here in v/pizzagate posted this article by Lasha Darkmoon about pornography as a weapon to destroy western culture.  I read it, and the strong words against Jewish folks bothered me, but this paragraph called out to me to check for less "offensive" sources:

"In July 2000, Brazilian police tried to arrest the Israeli vice-consul in Rio de Janeirio, Arie Scher. He was wanted on suspicion of running a child porn ring from the Israeli embassy. Vast quantities of pornographic material had been found on his computer. What happened to Scher? Nothing. Claiming diplomatic immunity, he hopped on a plane to Tel Aviv and that was the last that was heard of him. However, Scher's career didn't stop when he was yanked back to sanctuary in Israel.  He was made consul to Australia just 6 years later!

IMO, trying to run child prostitution and porn rings is way worse than a "mistake" or a "youthful indiscretion."

I wonder what he's up to today. I don't use fb or linked in.
