So where was this freemason FBI head saying this BEFORE he retired? Why only now does this freemason have something to say about it? he had the power to do something about it - why did he wait til now to open his freemason mouth?

He says early in his speech that he wasn't 'awoken' to this until after he retired in '77 and has been investigating ever since.
It's worth watching...
