Not saying I agree with the opposition, either. I have a fundamental problem with parens patriae, which IMO should never have been established (in place since 1839). The regular due process is NOT in place in CPS cases, and of course that has led to THIS situation.

Yeah, but you can rotate the footage so it's upright.
Also, this woman's crudeness turned me off. Every other word is "F," and it's even in her site name.

There is a new video the OP posted which shows the actual court proceedings for the appeal. It's excellent.
