About an hour after the camera was repositioned it catches the vehicles parked now police officers normally park when they want to chit chat.. There's 43,200 or so frames for each day so haven't been able to go through most yet.

Traffic cam is back in position pointed at CPP- 8:54 am 1/26/2017. (interesting the camera never showed the price of gas at the exxon like the last time the cam was used/re-positioned. It said over $3 for gas- complete bullshit. it hasn't been that high in over a year, even in DC)

If we could find the address of the gas station, we could determine the current gas price on gasbuddy.com or other price sharing website.
