I've never seen such realistic cakes and I've never seen anyone being able to spread the sugar paste so smoothly over such intricate surfaces (like wrists, toes). Yes, I've seen realistic looking flowers made out of sugar paste, but that's different. They are not covering a cake. This body looks too real.
