The Chapman brothers and a few other degenerates have a book called "The Fourth Sex". That could conceivably have two meanings. Saying the third sex usually refers to either being transgender (sexual identity) or homosexuality (sexual orientation). Since the book is about adolescent culture and fashion assuming a brand new sexual identity seems kinda odd when discussing your average adolescent. If we assume the title refers to pederasty (or pedophilia) as the fourth sex(uality) that appears more logical. I may be reaching here but it is the only title explanation I can come up with that makes any real sense.
