The pied piper in video clip appears to be a different guy (probably not Cummings, because pied piper appears heavier and doesn't have a beard), but who knows?
yes he does look heavier. But do we know the date on the photo in question? I noticed that Alefantis put on a good deal of weight so that by the time he was doing the Transformer party he looked as chubby as A. Kleinman, even though photos in 2006/7 showed him fairly trim.

Since we know now that Scott Cummings was one of the contractors who built the 'Pegusus museum,' that still photo of him outside the museum may have been taken around the time it was built? (I don't know when that was, but we can find out). He is obviously in Alefantis's inner circle, but lots of other guys are too. Cummings is featured more prominently in the Pizzagate narrative, because he's the father of "Caris," the little girl in the Instagram photo stash. But: the Cummings family lives in the Northwest now, which was another reason I doubted the guy in the recent 'pied piper' video was Cummings.

It looks a lot like Scott Cummings (father of Caris)...the father/daughter featured on several of the infamous Instagram photos.
