Yup. Basically what I was getting at. In the long run (depends how much longer), if the problem actually gets dealt with and resolved, maybe it's not in even they're own best interest to know everything and be angry. That's obviously for specific situations however.

I'm sure at this point there's even some counties that have been fucked so hard that they'd just want revenge as opposed to wanting to work twice as hard just to catch up with other countries that fucked them.
