Smart DynCorp employee is smart. He's done a great job at inciting us to dig deeper.

Ahaha... the sly whistleblower hypothesis. Could be.
I was sarcastic, sorry for being unclear. IMO he's a dumb employee who thought that it was a good idea to post from his office PC, a bit like the CIA employees who got busted by Wikiscanner some years ago.
Heh... that could be, too.
It's hard to extrapolate a clear picture from one data point.
