I do understand the importance of OTO, that's why I want to see actual research which is well sourced. It's not as much about sharing knowledge as it is about sharing sources that provide evidence that can lead to knowledge. The OTO is a very interesting subject but this post is very unreliable as the info is not sourced. Read Rule 3: "EVERY new discussion post needs to cite at least one source and provide an explanation as to why you believe it is relevant or furthers the investigation"
I think its not so much that the OTO supports Crowleys teachings but that Crowley got kicked out of the OTO because shared their secret knowledge or belief system with the ordinary people.
