According to this page, a blue candle is another symbol for "Boy Lover".
Remember Buck's strange photo with a folded napkin appearing to reproduce children's underwear? It has the blue candle too. Just another concidence?

Yes, as someone noticed before, the pasta by the underwear and the somewhat sexual arrangement of the candle and the donut are very suspicious in this context.
