Yeah why assume it was a missile, isn't a plane, if being used this way, basically a missile anyway, a foreign object that slams into a building. It didn't explode right away on impact like a missile would though. They definitely had explosives already rigged in the foundation. I think a bilding actually could fall from a plane hit, tho we haven't seen it happen before, but it is possible, but what would happen is the building would fall over to the side. I know this from cutting trees, the tree falls in the direction you started chopping. So you need to plan that out in advance. A tree won't fall in it's footstep, well maybe it would if you rigged it with tiny explosives at the base and up and then said pull it.
