So say you've got three warrants for $19k each. You get stopped for whatever reason -- no worries, cops won't take you for your warrants. Guess how often a warrant is issued that exceeds that amount.
I agree as a matter of principle, but it's a double-edged sword. Many cops I've spoken to contend with themselves constantly on such matters. They're going up against corrupt DAs, corrupt courts, corrupt upper brass, all the while they know they can be fired for next-to-nothing and replaced with someone that will go with the program (and thus make things even worse).
Do they insist on making the arrest, only to have the DA decline to press charges? Do they disobey the sergeant's unconstitutional order, knowing they might not be able to feed their families when all is said and done? They're awful pieces of shit. It doesn't help matters when rich white people make excuses for their shit behavior. I deal with them for a living. There is a problem and it is NOT racist to admit it. Making excuses for their behavior is not acceptable anymore. Maybe liberals don't realize it today, but eventually they will. I guarantee that the Chinese who hate the "Baizuo" in America all had to work in the hood or experienced shitty black behavior and are baffled at how anyone could ever excuse what goes on. That guy in that video and his girlfriend have probably already left Chicago and taken their money, some of their friends and family may go and other people they know will steer clear of their. Chicago is in the process of turning into Detroit. The real killing blow will be when the financial hubs get the fuck out, they are already virtualized into remote datacenters, so they really don't need a physical presence anymore. CBOT, CME, all of that shit.

They're not worried about cops killing them. They'll say and do anything to get preferential treatment.
They claim they can't work to get welfare. They claim institutional racism to graduate high school. They claim over-incarceration to avoid prison. They claim under representation to get elected.
Claiming that cops are killing them en masse is a way of getting cops to "back off" so they can carry on like this. In reality, niggers are nine times more likely to kill a cop than the other way around, and IIRC, 15 times more likely to get killed by another nigger than by a cop.

Very well put, but you're missing a big problem with this. That's not to say, however, that I disagree with you. I don't -- I think you put it quite correctly in fact.
There's a reason why over the past 20 years or so the Marxists/Commies have made a concerted push into academia. It's not just to gain access to positions of authority to influence young impressionable minds -- it's also to gain dominance over the argument from authority fallacy.
I presume that you are not a psychologist or involved in the field. Neither am I. Of course, this does not prevent us from doing our own research and thinking critically on such matters. However, the left loves to use credentials as a cop-out.
Since the most prominent minds in the psychology fields are overwhelmingly leftist, there's plenty of "sources" for the enemy to choose from when preserving their precious narrative. Any evidence they don't like is "cherry-picked," "twisted to fit an agenda," "incomplete" or "specious." Any credentialed speaker that disagrees with the narrative is "biased" or insufficiently qualified. As non-credentialed commentators, you and I would fall into that latter category -- we don't have the piece of paper that "proves" we're qualified to speak, so our opinions and evidence (regardless of source) are invalid.
The most "uncorrupted" college majors are the ones where commentary on the field is least useful to the enemy. High-level engineering (no, software and IT doesn't count), mathematics, hard sciences and so forth -- as it relates to more current events, look at all the psych authors, pundits and "experts" that the MSM paraded around to portray Presidumb Drumpf as mentally deranged or unfit for his position. The same thing applies to nigger degeneracy -- all these "social scientists" and economics "experts" blaming everything but the actual causes of such feral behavior in the beasts.

I know, I've watched Shapiro get dismissed with "are you a doctor". I fully grasp the cognitive dissonance that makes libtards a mess and how simply reading words from published research isn't enough as they want an authority figure to confirm if someone's an expert. Because that's how far they look into things "what can i say if this is said" and "what can i say about who told me I can say it", it's pass the blame game because they're subconsciously terrified of being wrong.

At the risk of being called a bootlicker or whatever people wanna say, I like to point out that cops are the lowest on the totem pole when it comes to public safety. They don't get to make the laws they enforce and in many cases, the worst areas are the ones where they're not even allowed to enforce what's on the books.
It all comes from the city leadership, they're in a position where if anyone isn't going with their agenda, they're forced out and replaced with someone who will.
Remember the Berkeley riots? Antifa was openly rioting and destroying shit and you know what happened? The mayor issues a stand down order to the chief, who passed it down (and later caught the blame, as chiefs often do).
Berkeley cops were pissed, understandably so. Shortly thereafter a mass exodus took place.
Police chiefs are generally appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the mayor, so they make excellent scapegoats for cuckery. In San Fagshithole, a negress got ventilated after trying to run down a cop in a stolen car. Of course, all the media could focus on was the "unarmed" "victim."
So what did the mayor do? Forced the chief out within hours of the incident and immediately replaced him with a nigger. After about a year as acting chief, that nigger was replaced by another nigger. I'm guessing this is the eventual goal. That's Detroit PD, by the way, which as we all know has a stellar record for law and order.
I just happen to know a couple people that work for various departments across the country. In one particularly cucked department, there's an unwritten policy -- if a subject is stopped and has warrants, but none of the warrants exceed $20k each, no arrest is made. So say you've got three warrants for $19k each. You get stopped for whatever reason -- no worries, cops won't take you for your warrants. Guess how often a warrant is issued that exceeds that amount.

I agree as a matter of principle, but it's a double-edged sword. Many cops I've spoken to contend with themselves constantly on such matters. They're going up against corrupt DAs, corrupt courts, corrupt upper brass, all the while they know they can be fired for next-to-nothing and replaced with someone that will go with the program (and thus make things even worse).
Do they insist on making the arrest, only to have the DA decline to press charges? Do they disobey the sergeant's unconstitutional order, knowing they might not be able to feed their families when all is said and done? Do they pick "the lesser of the two evils" and do what they can in place of someone that would just 100% comply with the agenda?
In the worst areas (lead by Dems, naturally), it's not uncommon for cops to make an arrest, only to have the shitbird back on the streets before they've even finished the paperwork. Even protecting themselves is fucked -- most of these agencies require officers to cut paper if they even unholster their firearm. Imagine having to write a report every time you clear an alarm call.
