I am able to track the picture that Q dropped leads to this book here: Rush Revere and the American Revolution Novel Study Guide TEACHER book written by Rush LImbaugh. I have not read this book but reading the comments it seems to be a story about a teacher who tells his students about history in an unbiased format.

The book details state:
