the first time i heard "shelter in place" was boston bombing. weird. is this a worldwide test of mass panic shutdowns?

if coronavirus was so bad, why arent MILLIONS in every country getting it? They are NOT. Far LESS people get this over regular flu. WTF is the panic about????
