Ask your doctor when he would recommend cardio ablation.

My wife had it done as outpatient, and was back in action within a couple of days.

Essentially you are experiencing false signals from your brain and you heart is misfiring.

What they do is insert a catheter in your groin up to your heart and freeze the portion of the signal path causing problems. Generally works well, but sometimes not completely and sometimes may needs to be done again in the distant future. Worked great for my wife, and additionally provided relief from the anxiety caused by the condition. Ask your doctor to refer you to an electrical cardiologist.

Best advice is to not ask for advice. Everything you need for perfect health is available to you. Nobody could possibly know the workings of your body better than you. Unfortunately, we (collectively) have allowed other people's opinions, including big pharma, to dictate our lives instead of our own cells.

Just give it a try. Maybe two weeks or whatever feels correct for you, depending on how in tune with yourself you are right now. Don't look up information, don't talk about it with other people, just pull away from all of that. Ask your body, your cells, your molecules to show you what to do to be healthy. Then follow the promptings you feel.

You are much wiser than you allow yourself to believe. Your body is a tremendous machine and it knows how to communicate. It can also take decades of mistreatment, abuse, and poor nutrition and right itself very quickly when given the opportunity.

One tip I can offer - Don't drink excessive alcohol; it triggers Afib. I have several family members who have died from this heart disorder. Just waiting for mine to kick in....ugh. Good luck, fren.

Get a grounding mat and sleep on it, less than 20$ on eBay and the EMF from your house will no longer induce current in your hemoglobin and clot it up. I'm not shitting you. Tons of studies on grounding and blood viscosity if you need that to convince you.

I was not aware of this!

A quick search brought up this study:

I check my oxygen with a pulse oximeter. My afib is triggered by hypoxia.

The flecainide they first gave me controlled afib, but caused other arrhythmias so I was weak all the time, not just when in a-fib. So I am off that. I keep flecainide around to convert me should I have an event that does not convert itself . Then I wean myself off again. They had me on a blood thinner that had no reversal as a prophylactic in case I went into extended afib. That was not an acceptable option for me so I am off that too and thin my blood with ginger root, wine, and habaneros. I test it from time to time, but should I have to go on flecainide I may opt to take the thinner then as well. This is not medical advise, but a report of what I do. I carry a pulse oximeter, and an AliveCor ECG that talks to my phone. You can get them for $100 or so. If I suspect an event I check. It auto detects afib.

Links not allowed so fix them.

The cheap one works good for afib detection, but is useless for other arrhythmias. When the newer one came out I got it too. It gives a six wire ECG and is useful for the other issues.

I use to get Bronchitis at the drop of a hat so to speak and found that a healthy dose ( @ least 2 Tbl spoons/day ) of Unpasteurized Honey has gotten rid of that for me. Cannabis infused Honey is also a great form of natural medicine for your Afib. I would recommend an Indica based Cannabis infused Honey.

Get well soon.

Where was the post on the cancer cures? I must have missed it. Thanks!

21893474? ago

Here are some of the posts that I have saved regarding cancer cures. You will have to scroll through the comments as many of these posts had shills all over them. I have my voat set to show the newest posts first, so I have to scroll to the older posts to find the really good information in the comments. The last link I've posted here is a search for "cancer cures" on QRV. Hope this helps.

Try NMN ( a supplement ) Try large doses of vitamin K "Vitamin K has been shown to be a natural cancer fighter and effective in reducing the risk of prostate, colon, stomach, nasal and oral cancers. One study even found that high doses of vitamin K helped patients with liver cancer stabilize and even improve their liver function. " last I advise you to run a marathon, yes I am serious, are you? Run till you wake up on the concrete, your dying anyway right? SLAM your body and mind into a new process, or sit in front of your computer and die, Either way. Good luck and I have no real idea what you should do but running to failure helps with my issues.

Don’t take vitamin K with atrial fibrillation, opposite therapy needed.

ia atrial fibfrillation curable by your doctors methods?

I’ve never researched natural cures for afib. Western medicine is corrupt, I’m sure there are better ways to manage afib. It’s best to convert back to normal sinus rhythm. Afib, in very simple terms, means the atria are weakly quivering. This quivering makes the possibility of forming blood clots high. That’s why people with afib are given blood thinners.

If you’ve been in afib longer than 2 weeks, it’s important to anticoagulate before any intervention to convert to sinus rhythm, otherwise you shower clots to important organs.

Get a sleep study. Ask for a NPSG W/EEG. Correcting a sleep related breathing issue can help. A 12 lead Holter monitor for 3-5d logging activity is a must. If not allergic or GI contraindications, an aspirin a day will help.

Most important is to take your anti-coagulant medication (either old ones like coumadin or new stuff like xarleto). Basically these help prevent a blood clot from forming (which is the main problem with afib). The blood clot can cause stroke, so this is why you gotta take it.

Other wise, talk with your cardiologist. Most likely he will give you something for rate control, so your heart doesnt spazz out too fast. Think like a beta blocker. These are extremely common and well understood medicines. Also very cheap, since they are generic now ($4 at Walmart).

Afib is a pretty common disease, and fairly well studied. You are definitely not alone, in this, it is very common, can be managed well. Overall, it's treatable.

Otherwise, try to stay in good health, but that goes for everyone

Thank you for your advice on medications. I will discuss them with my dr.

Get a complete physical exam from a good doctor. Make sure the doc does a complete electrocardiogram (not the quickie they use to screen people for heart attacks); watch your diet and alcohol intake. Don't smoke. Don't engage in any sexual stimulation or activity.

21887056? ago

electrocardiogram has never shown anything on me . had 3 stents put in a few months ago and nothing showed up until they did a dye test .

Thank you for the advice. I had an ekg a few years ago and it found no problems. It was done at a metabolic clinic. The doc said I had .01% chance of a heart attack. I have had an erratic beat all of my life so im not quite sure why this ekg did not pick up anything.
