Institute a points-based selection system - more points earned for:

• Younger workers - stated they will contribute more to our social safety net (ie: Social Security)
• Having a valuable skill
• Having an offer of employment
• Having an advanced education
• Having a plan to create jobs
• Priority is higher wage workers - so they don't undercut American workers' wages
• Being financially self-sufficient - to protect benefits for American citizens
• To promote integration, assimilation & national unity, immigrants will be required to learn English and pass a Civics exam prior to admission.
