• Ok the khemtrails are blocking us but so are the towers and, for lack of a better phrase; subsonic disruption. They employ a low tone, high pitch, pulse to transmit during specific times of day or night. They use vehicles and public utility companies to create the disturbances. I do not mean a nosey Garbage truck employee (all though chaos agents exist), I mean the truck will be outfitted with a high frequency transmitter, and the low level nose obscures the use of the weapon against us. Dis-traction. Loose footing. This may have to do with those of us that rely on the sun or moon, too. I don’t know if it is a warning system or an old distraction method using confusion or sounds.
