What do you mean by "ping suspected user telling them to only respond or change the vote numbers if they're a bot"? Your screenshot does not show that. Did you actually send them direct messages giving explicit instructions, or did you only make the comments in your screenshot?
If I got a notification because my username was mentioned in a comment with a nonsensical sentence, I'd probably downvote it.
Then corrected him again here https://voat.co/v/gaming/3031542/16734753/10#16734753 about the legality of drawn pornography when he wanted v/gaming to change it's rules read the replies in the comment chain it's enlightening as to how this guy behaves, or better yet scroll his post history, it's 20 readable pages from over the last 11 days of him doing almost nothing but lying for attention, and accusing random accounts of being bots and pedos and getting downvoted for it likely because as with my case he's a proven liar.
I'm not saying his account is eleven days old, it's older than that, you can see his submissions going back month in his dead subs, but he filled 19 pages in 11 days, it's taken me pretty regular activity for a normal guy over 3 years to fill up the same number of pages.
