Let's say upfront:

Inslaw Inc is an information technology firm which developed the famous PROMIS software. A bankruptcy court determined INSLAW was defrauded of its intellectual property rights. Hillary Clinton was the intellectual property lawyer for the company that illegally marketed the software worldwide. Arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi was also connected to the theft of Inslaw's PROMIS software by the Reagan Justice Department, and its modification with secret "back doors" and subsequent sale to several countries, and its arranged "theft" by the Soviet Union. link something noticed by @abattoirdaydream link

The other day I was surprised to learn about Ghislaine Maxwell's socialist father, Robert Maxwell, and about his death in 1991. It caught my attention that Jill Dando and Mr. Maxwell had the same pathologist, Lain West. Okay coincidence. It was notable too that the Lady Ghislaine, the luxary yacht on which Robert Maxwell was last seen alive was sold to Emad Khashoggi, nephew of Adnan Khashoggi (jewish descent and known for his part in the Iran–Contra scandal, as well as cousin to infamously deceased with malice, Jamal Khashoggi. Emad also happened to sell the world's most expensive house ever to MbS, (King Mohammad bin Salman), the one who the CIA and the media blamed for having (CIA tied) WAPO's 'journalist' Jamal killed.

Before expounding on Robert Maxwell, it's curious to learn (or review) a bit more about Jamal Khashoggi

in one of the leading books written about the 9/11 attacks, Lawrence Wright’s, “The Looming Tower,” Jamal Khashoggi is portrayed by Wright as a “friend” of Bin Laden. Khashoggi is not a “journalist” who reports on bin Laden. Rather he is described as Osama Bin Laden’s friend. And the Bin Laden/Khashoggi friendship apparently spans more than a decade—from Afghanistan, to Pakistan, to the Sudan.

Jamal Khashoggi was closely connected to Prince Turki al Faisal, the head of Saudi intelligence for more than 20 years, Jamal resigned from his post 10 days before 9/11. Probably more interestingly, Turki is the man who allegedly brokered the deal with Bin Laden back in 1998 where, in exchange for money and support, Bin Laden would not attack the Saudi Royal Family...Prince Turki al Faisal was also one of the first named defendants in the 9/11 Families’ litigation.

Moreover, Jamal Khashoggi was also closely connected to Prince Alaweed bin Talal who was held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel last year by Saudi Crown Prince

..not to mention that Jamal was second cousin to the late Princess Di's lover, Dodi Fayed.

In the link I'm generously quoting from this is the heart of the matter:

*I mention all this because of two overriding common features to all of these interesting connections; those features are (1) a connection to international finance; and (2) a connection to intelligence agencies, and especially, to the PROMIS software which could be - and according to some, was - modified to track financial transactions "in real time." And that, in my high octane speculation for today, is what I suspect the real story is here, for as I pointed out in my book Hidden Finance, Rogue Networks, and Secret Sorcery: The Fascist International, 9/11, and Penetrated Operations, there is a financial aspect to the 9/11 conspiracy that is quite large and which, in my opinion, is one of the centers and key motivations for the whole tragedy.

The software would have facilitated the operations of a hidden system of finance, and moreover, made it possible to trace and track the financing of key cover operations and the entire network making it possible. The relationship between the PROMIS-Inslaw scandal and 9/11 may not seem apparent, until one considers the countries that suddenly quit using the software in the aftermath of 9/11. As I pointed out in my book, many of the countries warning about the impending 9/11 attacks also had purchased the modified software for use in their intelligence agencies, which suggests that the intelligence ultimately came from the very network involved in its planning.*

Robert Maxwell and talk of working for Mossad.

Robert Maxwell's death was ruled a heart attack followed by drowning. Ghislaine has stated that she believes he was murdered. So there's intrigue there, beyond her own sordid story, of somehow becoming an accomplice of pedo island billionaire Jeffrey Epstein.

26 days prior to Robert Maxwell's death, his body recovered after he had reportedly 'fallen' off his luxery yacht Lady Ghislaine, another person involved in the rumors over the Inslaw/PROMIS affair was also found dead.

Finally, there is the ubiquitous Ari Ben-Menashe, the former Israeli military intelligence officer who claims to have been involved in organizing the October Surprise affair in 1980 and to have been a key element in the subsequent supply of U.S.-provided military equipment to Iran.

On news of Casolaro's death, Ben-Menashe called Inslaw's William Hamilton to say that the two FBI agents from Lexington, Kentucky(where the Israeli lived in the late 1990 and early 1991), had been en route to Martinsburg to talk to Casolaro about their own investigation of the Inslaw case. Ben-Menashe said the agents were prepared to give him proof that the FBI was illegally using PROMIS software, Hamiltonreports.

Ben-Menashe further told Hamilton that one of the agents, E. B. Cartinhour, was angry that the Justice Department was not pursuing Reagan administration officials for their role in the October Surprise. Cartinhour refused to talk to Ridgeway and Vaughn, but recently a retired agent who had worked with Cartinhour told Ridgeway that he knew of Ben-Menashe and "that involves classified information." The ex-agent also claimed knowledge of an investigation about the Hamiltons, computers, the Justice Department, and a coverup. He told Ridgeway that if any FBI agents had been going to talk to b, it would have been to get information, not to give it.

Obama's uncle Cecil Goedner (Boeing/Saudi Arabia/banking, Systematics Inc.). Also Obama's cousin married a Saudi and became a princess. It ended up somewhere, probably at E-Systems or somewhere, and it was converted into banking software. It Started out as software designed to track prosecutorial cases around the country.
