@AssuredlyAThrowAway, the site rules about how subverses are transferred are pretty clear: post and comment at least once a month in the subverse you are owner of. There's nothing in it about admin discretion in picking and choosing - and even if there were, it is entirely possible the admin chose to hand it to the other user.

I think the top level mod, at a minimum, should be entitled to some form of communication before they lose a subverse, anything else is reddit level bullshit.

The rule is not designed to be used as a way to steal a sub away from someone who created it. It is discretionary and it is poor discretion to allow a sub to be stolen from someone when there appears to be a deliberate attempt to NOT talk to the CREATOR OF THE SUB in order to game the system to steal it away.

The fact you don't see this is stunningly obtuse.
