No surprise there. The Afghan nationals who were trained by the US to provide security after the US left had to have their education upgraded so they could count to 10. No one knew if everyone was there at muster, no one knew how many weapons or ammo they had, no one knew if ammo was being stolen, all because they couldn't count.
