Look at Elvis's photos in profile. Forehead and brow are close enough, mouth and chin match as well as a beard will permit, but it's the ear that sells it. Compare 1m45s with this photo, for instance.

There are some videos on youtube of people doing picture on picture comparisons and it is SCARY.
