These entities can create various levels of fraud, manipulations, pyramid schemes, etc. and rarely get a day in jail. The only time they do eventually jail these white collar felony criminals is if they rip off other rich or protected class people. These are felonys that are ignored but they would rob, bankrupt, or move your job for slave wages overseas knowingly against US labor laws and they do it with bailouts and golden parachutes.
