ward runes for a stable location, are an easy runic inscription to practice with. these will be symbols etched and prepared at the foot of doorways and windows that might serve as opening to any hostile spirit or ghost. these are good for locations such as ones home

this is the main protective rune you'll be using, marking protection, life, safety, being tested, and contact with non-human entities. meditate on a Valkyrie to understand this one. UNANTICIPATED CONTACT IS A DANGER IN THE SAME WAY A TRIP WIRE SETS OFF AN EXPLOSION, this is why its so useful and why its used in this context

ᛏ (justice)

TYR's rune. a warriors rune. a rune of sacrifice of yourself for greater things. warriors drew this rune on their swords and losing such an inscribed weapon was the highest of bad luck.

ᛇ (immortality)

the "rune of life and death" is a rune of contact over the differing worlds and to the dead, and within the lifestream of ones own existence. it is the wisdom of the world tree. it contacts past lives. adding this to a protective rune, is like adding a stronger antennae for a signal boost that reaches every world and the dead

THE SALT OPTION
