I run a sub that picks up things that people say. I try to pick up funny or brilliant sound bites. I even ping those people.
Today, we had a sub that was targeting a certain user. In the Q word we have the drive by media and thus it’s only normal to track things that they lie or contradict.
So, even though the sub was created in protest of things happen on Voat. The owner of the sub and the sub have been banned.

Why do I have to explain this? The answer is quite simple; read my bio, and see a choice I make. It's not against any rules. There is no nefarious nature to the desire for privacy, other than whatever you've had programmed into you by society I suppose. And on a final note, it's simply none of your damn business in the first place.
What are you talking about? You are mistaken. I've used Voat for almost 4 years now, but there are sometimes gaps. Maybe 3-6 month gaps, at most. Every time I use Voat I delete my history. Why are you suggesting this is impossible when it's not?
